- 13:15: Unofficial start
- 13:30: Official start stage 4
- 13:41: 1st passage at the finish
- 14:35: 2nd passage at the finish
- 15:35: 3rd passage at the finish
- 16:30: 4th passage at the finish
- 17:30: Finish stage 4
- 17:45: Podium ceremony
The team presentation will take place at Sporthal Tumkens.
The unofficial start of stage 4 will be given on Pastoor Pitetlaan. The finish is located on the Oostelijke Ring.
